Vehicle Testing & Registration Process
Step 1: Preparations
To complete your vehicle testing and registration process, please ensure you have the following documents and follow the steps below:
- Your old Mulkiya / registration card
- A renewed insurance policy (insurance companies are available at Shamil Vehicle Testing Center)
- A copy of the company trade license if the vehicle is to be renewed or registered under a company name
Step 2: Testing
Bring your car to the testing bay where a team of highly qualified technicians will conduct a detailed inspection.
Step 3: Results & Renewal
Once the inspection is completed, you can renew your registration or obtain your test results from the counter.

Northern Emirates Centers:

First test AED 150, Free retest within 15 days and thereafter AED 50
